DialHub Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DialHub Technologies regarding your download, installation, and use of DialHub: Smart Phone & Dialer.
1License Grant & Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, DialHub Technologies grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and royalty-free limited license to install and execute DialHub solely on your personal Android device for individual, non-commercial phone dialing and call management purposes.
2Telephony Services & Carrier Network Charges
DialHub is a software user interface (UI) dialer and does not act as a mobile telecommunications carrier or cellular network provider.
All phone calls initiated through DialHub are routed through your underlying mobile operator/carrier SIM card. You are exclusively responsible for all cellular airtime minutes, roaming fees, and data charges incurred via your mobile service provider contract.
3Emergency Services (911 / 112)
While DialHub passes emergency dialing strings (e.g., 911, 112, 999) directly to Android's native emergency call framework, you acknowledge that software malfunctions, OS background restrictions, or battery states can affect any third-party app. In life-threatening emergencies, if the dialer UI is unavailable, you should immediately use your device's physical power button emergency shortcut or hardware dialer.
4Default Dialer Designation
To offer call management, call screening, and in-call screens on Android 10 and above, DialHub must be selected by you as the Default Phone App. You may change or revoke this default role at any time through your Android System Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Phone app.
5Intellectual Property & Restrictions
All trademarks, source code, UI designs, icons, dial sounds, and graphical assets are the proprietary property of DialHub Technologies. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from DialHub;
- Distribute, resell, sublicense, or clone the application without explicit written consent;
- Use the dialer for unlawful robocalling, harassment, spoofing, or automated spam dialing.
6Third-Party Advertisements
DialHub may display third-party advertisements delivered via Google AdMob and certified mediation networks. DialHub Technologies does not endorse or guarantee the products or services advertised by third parties.
7Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
DialHub is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DialHub Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the dialer.
